We design custom off line AC-DC, DC-DC and DC-AC analogue or digital switch mode power supplies or inverters using state of the art techniques and tools.

Topologies that we apply;
- Single switch or two switch forward
- Push Pull
- Half Bridge
- Phase Shifted Full Bridge with Zero Voltage or Zero Current Switching
On high end solutions we benefit from the flexibility of TI’s DSPs to measure parameters,to implement the control loop and to adjust the PWM signals of both the bridge switches either Mosfets or IGBTs and the PWM signals applied to synchronous rectification Mosfets.
Phase and Gain Margins are set to enable stable outputs even under step changes for input and output load variations.
Power Factor Correction is applied to all designs that exceeds 75Watts.
Currently 2 offline open frame AC to DC Converter models are available for industrial applications.
Both model topologies are phase shifted full bridge with PFC and synchronous rectification and with efficiencies exceeding 95%.
